VTANR Agency of Natural Resources Online Services Portal System - Agency of Natural Resources

You must have an account in the Portal and be signed in to access any of the available forms. To access forms in the Portal:

New Users - Complete these steps to create and validate your new user account:

1. Click the "Register" link, located in the top menu bar in the upper, right-hand corner of the page.
2. On the Create User Profile page, complete all fields and click the "Save" button.
3. A Confirmation page will display and the system will send you an email that includes a Confirmation Code that you need to enter on the Confirmation page.
4. Check your email for a message with the subject line "New User Registration", this email will include the Confirmation Code used to activate your account.
5. Enter the Confirmation Code on the box on the Confirmation page and click the "Confirm Email" button.
6. You should see a message indicating that your account has been successfully registered.
7. To sign in, click the "Sign In" link in the top menu bar. That will open the Sign In window.
8. In the Sign In window, enter your User ID (this will be your email address) and the password you entered when you created your ANR Online account.
9. Click the OK button.

Returning Users - Click the "Sign In" button located in the top menu bar located in the upper, right-hand corner of the page, to login.
